Women are taught that crying at work is unacceptable. Who could ever forget the memorable quote from a League of Their Own “there’s no crying in baseball.” However, the new Speaker of the House has made crying an art, and amongst men! I wonder if Nancy Pelosi cried as often as the new speaker, would she be called ‘weak” or “emotional?” The rules seem to be different for men and women on this issue (as they are for most things in the workplace.)
